Experience:

Kate has been involved in many different aspects of real estate.  She has been involved in the industry for many years and has been licensed and selling real estate since August of 2001.  Additionally, she has worked with her mom, who has owned and been running the only title company/abstract office in Washington County for 20 years.  She is experienced in selling and marketing new home neighborhoods as well as maintaining a great resale business. 

Personal:
Kate was born and raised in Akron, Colorado on a cattle ranch, which is where she prefers to spend her free time.  She is a graduate of Colorado State University.  She also enjoys reading, being outdoors, golfing and especially spending time with her family and friends.
